OBS was established in 2007.  The owner and CEO had been employed and  trained in the insurance billing field by providers and billing managers who were meticulous, thorough, and understood the intricacies of ophthalmic and optometric billing. Through time she worked her way to become the Billing Manager. After relocating to a new area she recognized the desperate need for competent and capable medical billing personnel. She began OBS in order to provide that much needed service.
